Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Tech Couture website at thetechcouture.com (the "Platform"), including by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Tech Couture ("we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if between 13 and 18).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• The information you provide during account registration is accurate and current.

Accounts & Authentication

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create accounts using false information, impersonate another person, or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing any restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

You can delete your own account at any time through Account Settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

The Tech Couture Toolkit

The Tech Couture Toolkit (the "Database") is a members-only resource available exclusively to registered users. Access to the Database is subject to the following conditions:

• Personal use only. The Database is provided for your individual reference and research. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit the Database content in any form without our prior written consent.
• No scraping or bulk export. Automated scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or any form of systematic extraction of Database content is strictly prohibited.
• No warranty on listings. Tool listings in the Database are provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or continued availability of any listed tool. Use any tool at your own discretion and risk.
• Access may change. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue access to the Database at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in phishing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person.
• Impersonate The Tech Couture or any of its team members.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including removing accounts and reporting to law enforcement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, Database listings, page layouts, and code — is the property of The Tech Couture or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce or copy Platform content for commercial distribution.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

The Tech Couture name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of The Tech Couture and may not be used without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any information obtained through the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Defects will be corrected.

Tool listings in the Database are curated to the best of our ability, but we make no guarantee that any listed tool is actively maintained, accurately described, or suitable for your use case.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TECH COUTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may delete your account.
